2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service not performed as agreed
  • Service cancelled before arrival of cleaning staff
  • Technical issues preventing service completion
  • Unsatisfactory service quality

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the service
  2. Provide your booking reference number
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made:

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before service: No refund

5. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions
